About the role

As the Impact Program Manager, you will develop and run the Years 2-3 programming for fellows to grow their entrepreneurial and/or green careers after they complete their Year 1 intensive. • Curation and management of experts for the Years 2-3 programming, from masterclasses to challenge “sprints” and beyond
  • Strengthening relationships with programming content and delivery partners, in collaboration with the Ecosystem Impact Director
  • Coordination with Regional Program Managers to ensure program relevance and reinforce an engaged, decentralized fellow community
  • Tracking Key Performance Indicators and feedback loops
  • Upkeep of fellow data in CRM (Hubspot) and technical platforms
  • Identify stories for the Communications team to amplify impact and inspiration

… and support

  • Fellow communications and community building during Years 2-3 of the fellowship, in coordination with Regional Program Managers
  • Identifying and cultivating programming partners in coordination with the Ecosystem Impact Director and broader team
  • Collection of data on Program KPIs in coordination with Knowledge Management and Reporting Manager
  • Administrative work related to ecosystem building

As the Impact Program Manager, you report to the Ecosystem Impact Director and closely collaborate with the Program and Governance teams.

  • Familiar with the challenges of those on a green careers pathway

  • Experienced in community building with a focus on impact and scalable processes
  • Proficient in data analysis and optimized workflows (using tools like Excel, Hubspot, etc)
  • Comfortable facilitating diverse groups of people online
  • Able to measure impact and iterate based on learnings
  • Fluent in written and verbal English with additional languages as a bonus

… And will likely have:

  • 3+ years experience in community management or similar
  • Setup and run efficient, scalable communication processes
  • A self-directed approach to working in an evolving and fast-paced environment
  • A passion for youth leadership and/or environmental action
  • Collaborative, empathetic, and efficient habits

Ideally, you might also have …

  • Working or lived experience in countries outside of Germany
  • Language skills in addition to English
  • Experience working with corporate donors or stakeholders

This is what you can expect…

In the first month, you will complete your onboarding, learn the nuts & bolts of beVisioneers, establish working relationships with our program and governance teams, and contribute to the design and launch of Year 2 programming.

After three months, you will have launched Year 2 programming and developed relationships with fellows. You will implement continuous improvement rituals to ensure the Year 2 programming responds to fellows’ needs.

After six months, you will be in full swing, iterating and running Year 2 programming and preparing for Year 3 programming. You will be the ‘go-to’ team member for anyone working on long-term communities of action, and will optimize our ways of working to be most efficient and impactful.

After one year, you will be at the forefront of scaling beVisioneers fellows’ impact to fulfill our vision of a global community of planet-positive action.
