We turn ideas into action.
The DO School aims to become the leading platform for DOers around the globe, bringing them together with—and within—forward-looking companies to tackle the most important problems of our time. We believe that diversity, creativity and the ability to turn ideas into action can spark high-impact innovation, helping to create a future that we all want to be part of.
The DO School was born out of research into the implementation skills needed to innovate in a world of accelerating change. Working on this topic with 50 global leaders, from Nobel Peace Prize nominees to serial entrepreneurs, we realized there was no single organization dedicated to developing those skills in people and companies around the world. We decided to become that organization.
Fast forward to today, and the DO School is operating in Germany, China and the USA, running programs in more than 20 countries, working with forward-looking companies that range from H&M to Youtube to Mercedes, and helping participants from more than 85 countries turn ideas into action. We are a proud recipient of Germany’s prestigious Land der Ideen award, and our founder, Florian Hoffmann, has been named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum.
