Leading for Impact

This program is offered in collaboration with the Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship at University of Oxford.

BEcome a leader, learn by DOing.

You are curious and full of ideas and you’re aiming to become one of the future leaders in social entrepreneurship?

You know that in order to make a true impact, you’ll need room to grow and develop as a person. You’ll need leadership and entrepreneurial skills. And not just in theory, but in practice. That’s why you’d also cherish the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on a real-life challenge.

Sound like you? Then the Leading for Impact program might just be right for you.

BEcome a leader, start DOing. Join the DO School!

The Leading for Impact program has two phases:

BE Phase

The first part is designed to help you gain awareness, skills, confidence, and practice in furthering your leadership capabilities.

This is facilitated through a focus on expanding your emotional intelligence capabilities, increasing peer-coaching practice, and through opportunities to take leadership roles within and external to the program. This enables you to further your personal development while contributing to the learning goals of their peers.

DO Phase

During the 3-week DO Phase, you will be trained in the DO School Method to gain entrepreneurship skills while working on a real and concrete business challenge. In small groups, you will get the necessary tools and skills to turn an idea into action including ideation, prototyping, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, implementation, and monitoring. You will learn hands-on what it takes to implement an innovative idea and how to successfully create impact.
