Manoj is Director of Foresight & Innovation at PepsiCo, where he helps imagine and design desirable futures for the company’s beverage brands and business. He is an intrapreneur and an “internal activist” (in the words of PepsiCo’s CEO), exploring opportunities to create new value – the ‘triple-bottom-line’ – at the intersection of business and societal interests. Manoj is a First Mover Fellow at the Aspen Institute, working to build cross-sector, multi-stakeholder consensus in favor of integrated water stewardship. He is also a contributor to Strategic Design Thinking: Innovation in Products, Services, Experiences and Beyond (edited by Natalie Nixon, due out from Bloomsbury Press in Fall 2015), and a frequent speaker at foresight and trends conferences. In a world teeming with answers, Manoj helps ask good questions that catalyze and channel collective imagination. Manoj is Indian by birth, a New Yorker by residence, and a Nomad in spirit.
