Sustainable Cup Challenge

The goal of the Sustainable Cup Challenge was to create an innovative and sustainable to-go cup for New York City.

Given by the DO School in collaboration with New York City’s Office of Long Term Planning and Sustainability, the Sustainable Cup Challenge received an impressive media coverage from CNBC to The Wall Street Journal and The Observer.

The Challenge was made possible by the support of the American Friends of Bucerius, PLASTICITY, the Newmans’s Own Foundation and the Dekeyser&Friends Foundation.

I have become an active participant in the ingenuity behind social entrepreneurs. My eyes have been opened wider! There are many great ideas just waiting to be developed. I am glad I can help develop those ideas.
